The Olympic Legacy Park (OLP) is the only location in the world that brings together elite athletes, professional sports, research and new skills.

A Masterplan is in development (in partnership with the Canals and Rivers Trust). The vision is to put the canal at the centre of the redevelopment of this wider area, facilitating the unlocking of the southern edge of this location.

OLP are looking for partners with experience of investment, development and delivering infrastructure interventions in waterfront locations.

Invest in three development plots available in Lower Don Valley, Sheffield, Plot 1 – 7,000m sq, Plot 2 – 3,000m sq and Plot 3 1.4 acres. £42m public funding has been invested in this location, with land remediation, drainage and utilities installed to each plot. Current assets include a Stadium, University Technical College, Academy and Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre being procured by Sheffield Hallam University and due to open later in 2019. Site is owned by Legacy Park Ltd, working with Scarborough Group.
